“电子健康码”是国家卫健生康委员会监制，河北省卫生健康委发行。持“电子健康码”可以实现跨机构、跨区域就诊“一码通”，在全省三级医疗机构就诊、预约挂号，减少办理就诊卡和就诊等待时间，到2022年可实现全省二级医疗机构就诊“一码通”。
