11月27日，中国共产党凉山彝族自治州第九届委员会第一次全体会议举行，会议选举产生新一届州委常委会。段毅君当选为州委书记，阿石拉比、范继跃、沙文当选为州委副书记，陈刚、刘晓博、马辉、彭科、彭洪、向贵瑜、古熙、尹江涛、沙英当选为州委常委。
