11月23日，聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院取得山东省司法厅颁发的执业许可证，这标志着东昌妇幼司法鉴定中心正式、独立取得了法医物证和法医毒物专业领域的司法鉴定资质，填补了聊城市法医物证鉴定专业领域的空白，成为聊城市唯一可以开展法医物证、DNA亲子鉴定的司法鉴定机构。
