乐居买房讯 乐居得到最新消息，本周（11月22日-11月28日），南昌将有两个新盘将进入交房阶段，分别为泰禾世茂南昌院子、新力水投锦瑶府。
其中位于南昌院子已于今日（11月22日）开启交付，据悉，本次南昌院子交付房源为55#-60#楼，共70多户，装修状态为毛坯交付。
另外，新力水投锦瑶府预计将于11月27日-11月30日交付，交付楼栋为1#、12#、2#、3#、30#、6#、7#、8#，装修状态为带装修交付
