金融界网11月19日消息 舍得酒业公告，证监会认为公司及控股股东沱牌舍得集团涉案行为违反有关规定，但依法不予处罚，决定对公司及沱牌舍得集团结案。此前因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司及沱牌舍得集团进行立案调查。
