2020年11月16日晚，天目药业（600671）公告，收到证监会《行政处罚事先告知书》。经查明，天目药业涉嫌违法的事实如下:天目药业在2018年年度报告、2019年半年度报告、2019年年度报告和2020年半年度报告中如实披露上述原控股股东及其关联方非经营性资金占用的关联交易情况。
上海久诚律师事务所主任许峰律师认为，在2019年4月27日到2020年4月22日之前买入天目药业（600671）股票，并在2020年4月22日后卖出或继续持有股票的投资者，可以发起此次索赔。
