中证网讯（记者 王方圆）日前，经中国银保监会广东监管局批准，并经工商变更登记，大业信托成功以资本公积及未分配利润转增注册资本，注册资本增至20亿元，净资产超过31亿元。据悉，这是继今年1月份增资后，大业信托再次完成增资。
