证券时报e公司讯，三元股份(600429)11月12日晚间公告，公司拟以现金11.29亿元收购三元种业、星实投资分别持有的首农畜牧41.74%、4.63%的股权，合计收购首农畜牧46.37%的股权。本次交易完成后，公司持有首农畜牧51%的股权，首农畜牧将成为三元股份的控股子公司。
