中国网地产讯 11月12日，绿地控股发布公告称，鉴于公司基建产业的收入占比已超过50%，公司所属行业类别已由“房地产业”变更为“土木工程建筑业”，具体变更情况如下：
公告显示，2020年度，公司经审计的营业总收入为4561亿元，其中基建产业营业收入为2334亿元，占比51.19%；2021年上半年度，公司营业总收入为2829亿元，其中基建产业营业收入为1574亿元，占比55.65%。
