证券时报e公司讯，壶化股份(003002)11月9日晚间公告，公司拟通过公开摘牌方式收购河北卫星化工股份有限公司70%股权，转让底价为1.85亿元；交易完成后，壶化股份占卫星公司70%股权，卫星公司为公司控股子公司，将纳入公司合并报表范围。卫星公司位于石家庄新乐市，是河北省唯一的雷管生产企业。
