11月7日下午，市民在宿迁街头冒雨出行。当日是二十四节气中的“立冬”，受较强冷空气影响，宿迁迎来降雨降温天气。
记者从市气象台了解到，未来24小时我市气温将下降14℃左右，并伴有7到8级西北大风，8-10日早晨气温较低，有霜或霜冻。今日白天到夜里阴有中雨并渐止转多云，东南风2到3级转西北风5到6级阵风7到8级，今日最高气温16℃，明晨最低气温0℃。（记者 时晓凯）
