南方网讯 （记者/ 苏若倩 通讯员/刘洪群）2021年11月3日，广东省湛江市徐闻县锦和司法所与外罗边防派出所干警联合开展送法上渔船活动，对停靠在外罗港进行补网的渔民进行普法宣传，给渔民送宪法、民法典读本和反诈骗、禁毒、禁非法捕捞宣传册，给渔民讲法律条文，并手把手教如何安装反诈骗手机APP。
