港城公园位于浦东新区高桥镇欧高公路509号，南至港城路，北至S20外环线，西至欧高公路，东至黄潼港。港城公园总体形态布置为“双环两湖九景”，以社区公园为定位，以“水岸花”为设计主题，改建面积93115.59平方米。
