因上线新系统，湖南省本级医保信息系统11月1日至12日停机。按照国家医疗保障局和我省统一部署，省本级新医疗保障信息平台11月12日上线运行。新旧医保信息平台切换期间，将暂停省本级全部医保服务业务。
