北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）10月28日，吉林银保监局公布一则行政处罚信息公开表，浦发银行长春分行因贷后管理不到位，未有效监控贷款资金使用情况；签发无真实贸易背景的银行承兑汇票，被吉林银保监局罚款270万元。
行政处罚依据为《中华人民共和国银行业监督管理法》第四十六条，作出处罚决定的日期为2021年10月20日。
