济南热力集团有限公司于2021年11月2日——11月17日，在千佛山西路（千佛山南路-劳动厅南侧）进行热力管道施工，工期15天。管线占用位置为道路中心线，请过往车辆行人注意绕行，施工期间给周边居民带来不便，敬请谅解。施工位置及围挡横断面布局如下图所示：
