上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）华菱钢铁公告，公司全资子公司华菱涟钢拟建设以先进钢铁材料为导向的产品结构调整升级项目，项目投资额225,376万元，建设周期15个月。该项目不涉及新增产能。此外，华菱涟钢拟实施焦炉环保升级改造项目，项目投资额12亿元，建设周期13个月。
