上证报中国证券网讯（记者 陈芳）商务部外资司司长宗长青在22日举行的专题发布会上表示，考虑到今年前三季度我国吸收外资实现较快增长，预计全年吸收外资的规模将突破1万亿元，按美元计有望超过1600亿美元，能够实现全年“稳外资”目标。
