——华容法院案例入选《中国法院2021年度案例》
近日，国家法官学院联合最高人民法院司法案例研究院编辑出版了《中国法院2021年度案例》系列丛书，并公布案例入选名单。湖南省华容县人民法院员额法官陈思撰写的案例《在禁猎期、禁猎区架“天网”捕鸟构成非法狩猎罪——秦某林非法狩猎案》入选。
