注释：这种对自己家孩子过敏的情况，叫做妊娠类天疱疮（pemphigoid gestationis）。它属于一种罕见的妊娠相关的自身免疫性皮肤病，发生率约 1/60000 ～1/40000，大多数患者在孕中期到孕晚期会出现蜂巢状皮疹，瘙痒难耐。
