乐居买房讯 10月8日，重庆市公共资源交易平台发布《巴南区鹿角N20、N24-1地块安置房项目工程勘察设计招标公告》，由此，巴南区鹿角板块将新增安置房。
据《公告》显示，安置房将建设在巴南区南泉街道。项目占地面积约59747平方米，总建筑面积约224367.5平方米，其中住宅面积约142867.5平方米，住宅高度约为16-26层，此外还配有约70000平方米的地下车库，总投资约11亿元。
