10月9日7时40分左右，山西河津遇1954年以来最大洪水，洪峰流量由796猛增到985。根据防洪预案，决定运用河津连伯滩蓄滞洪水，已经对缓解泄洪压力起到立竿见影作用。目前，指挥部和专家组正进一步完善防洪措施，该区域及可能影响区域的群众已转移并得到妥善安置，无人员伤亡。（人民日报记者乔栋）
