近日，南昌市红谷滩区人民检察院以非法经营罪依法批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人涂某某、熊某某、黄某某。
经查，2020年1月至2021年8月，犯罪嫌疑人涂某某在未取得危险化学品经营许可证的情况下，雇佣犯罪嫌疑人黄某某、熊某某负责一氧化二氮(俗称“笑气”）气体的分装、运输、回收，并通过微信向多人非法销售，涉案金额高达上百万余元。
目前，该案正在进一步侦查中。
