阜阳市颍州区智辉课外培训中心有限公司（地址：颍州区马寨乡马寨小学对面，办学许可证号：教民134120270001188，举办者：韩帅），因自身原因，申请办学终止。
根据《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》及其实施条例规定，经审查，现通告该培训机构终止办学，及时办理注销登记手续。
