长汀县人民政府森林防火禁火令
（2021年第8号）
近期，天气干燥，森林火险等级高，极易引发森林火灾。为有效预防森林火灾发生，根据《中华人民共和国森林防火条例》第二十八条规定，县政府决定2021年10月1日至2021年10月7日在全县范围内禁止一切野外用火（包括烧荒、烧杂、烧埂草、造林炼山等）。违令者，按照有关法律法规规定追究相关人员的法律责任。
