北京商报讯（记者 刘洋 刘晓梦）9月29日，宁德时代相关负责人对北京商报记者表示，公司已与Millennial Lithium Corp.签订协议，以3.77亿加元收购该公司100% 股权。据了解，Millennial Lithium Corp.在阿根廷拥有两处世界级锂盐湖项目。对于此次收购，上述负责人表示，这是宁德时代供应链布局的重要举措，将进一步保障宁德时代长期稳定的锂原材料供应。
