上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孙越）9月27日消息，西部证券公告，公司拟与北京金控组成联合体参与收购上海宜利实业发展有限公司等转让方公开挂牌出售的新时代证券98.24%股权，挂牌底价为131.35亿元。公司独立出资金额不超过130亿元。
