定兴县行政审批局推出提前告知服务，助推服务提效。一是建立“预约服务”。针对重点事项，窗口工作人员与办事群众约定具体时间，提供业务办理预约服务。二是推出“提前介入”。在审批大厅门口展示常办事项一次性告知二维码展板，未到大厅办事已知要办事项所需内容，为保事项办理“只跑一次、一次办好”，大厅咨询台、领办代办窗口人员与办事窗口人员配合落实“首问责任制”保障事项办理全过程服务效果，指派业务骨干提前介入对审批事项办理流程进行精细化指导、预审资料。做到超前服务1分钟，百姓办事一回行。
