城东在水一方小区开启了抢车位模式，几千户人家就弄了106个车位，先来先停，后面到家的就停外面，之前是2元一天的停车费用，现在涨到了5元每天，而且没有物价部门的公示，物业的目的无非就是想逼业主买高价的车位！
