9月23日，长春新区管理委员会发布了中海·龙玺B区工程竣工规划核实前公示，项目位于龙湖大路以南、盛北大街以东，本次依据长春海胜房地产开发有限公司申请进行验收公示，验收楼栋号分别是B16，B17，B18，B19，B20，B21，DK1，DK2共计8栋楼，建筑面积20.44万平米。
