根据中新网的消息，9月14日上午进行的第十四届全运会女子10米气手枪决赛上，上海选手沈奕瑶在一度落后第一名姜冉馨多达2.6环的情况下，凭借比赛后期更为稳定的发挥反超对手，最终以241.9环的成绩夺得该项目冠军。奥运冠军姜冉馨以239.6环的成绩位居亚军，浙江选手卢恺曼收获一枚铜牌。
