张飚,1951年9月出生,中共党员,新疆生产建设兵团第八师石河子市人民检察院原监所检察科检察员。历经5年努力,推动浙江张氏叔侄杀人强奸冤案平反昭雪。荣获“改革先锋”“最美奋斗者”、全国模范检察官、新疆自治区优秀共产党员、第四届新疆自治区道德模范(敬业奉献)等荣誉,荣立个人一等功1次、个人三等功2次。
