证券时报e公司讯，中油资本(000617)8月20日晚间披露，8月19日，公司与中石油集团就提供金融及其它产品和劳务等综合服务签订了金融服务总协议，有效期至2024年12月31日。公司向中石油集团提供存贷款业务，以及票据、保险、信托理财等金融服务；中石油集团向公司提供担保等资金支持、后勤综合类服务等。协议有利于公司业务开展，并能带来较好收益。
