8月9日，美股龙运国际（LYL）将正式转型至区块链相关赛道。为了支持业务转型,公司已与Natural Selection Capital Holdings Limited和倪明先生签署业务转型咨询服务协议，并与LSQ Investment Fund 等战略投资人完成战略投资协议签署。
公司预计将利用募集资金和顾问在区块链业务的广泛资源和优势积极拓展区块链相关业务。
据悉，龙运国际（LYL）本次将向战略投资者发行总价不低于7,000,000美元的普通股。
