证券时报e公司讯，中手游在港交所公告，于2021年8月5日，公司订立佳典股权转让协议及Mighty Leader股权转让协议，据此，公司有条件同意向台湾大宇收购佳典及Mighty Leader各自100%股权。收购事项的总代价为6.42亿港元。
