智通财经APP讯，博耳电力(01685)发布公告，预计该集团截至2021年6月30日止6个月净溢利较2020年同期将取得超过500%的增长。
公告称，净溢利大幅增长的主要原因是该集团在期内出售若干附属公司而取得一次性收益约人民币9400万元，惟部份由拨回递延税资产约人民币5020万元所抵销。
