证券时报e公司讯，永和股份(605020)7月27日晚披露股价异动公告称，基加利修正案生效日期为2019年1月1日，2021年6月，中国宣布正式接受该修正案，该修正案将于2021年9月15日对中国生效。如我国出台HFCs削减方案，可能对公司生产经营带来不利影响。永和股份自7月9日上市以来，已连续13个交易日涨停。
