证券时报e公司讯，天际股份(002759)7月25日晚间公告，全资子公司新泰材料与张家港国泰华荣、宁德国泰华荣就供应六氟磷酸锂事宜签订《年度采购协议》。2021年7月至2023年6月，新泰材料供应六氟磷酸锂不少于12000吨；2022年7月至2023年6月，根据新泰材料产能及实际生产情况，在原锁定供应量的基础上，计划再供应不少于2400吨六氟磷酸锂产品。
