据初步统计，7月16日以来，截至25日12时，此轮强降雨造成河南全省63人因灾死亡、5人失踪。全省已紧急避险转移86.19万人，目前紧急转移安置人口为85.2万人（累计转移安置131.78万人），需紧急生活救助29.6万人；农作物受灾面积876.6千公顷，倒塌房屋8876户24474间。
