财经网科技7月25日讯，据新浪科技消息，在社会各界的大力支援下，郑州市防汛抢险救灾已经转入了以恢复重建和受灾群众帮扶为主的新阶段。据郑州市政府副秘书长张江涛介绍，目前郑州市移动通信网络已全面恢复。截至7月24日中午12点，25272座基站已经全部恢复，移动通信网络全面恢复正常。
