7月24日上午，拱墅区天水街道创新微消车反向操作，将增压水泵用作抽水泵，有效排解了中河高架下2处积水，强化了应急救援力量，将资源合理利用，让微消车既能“救火”也能“救水”。目前，全街7辆微消车在辖区里面巡回检查，随时待命，一旦发现路面积水立即进行疏导。
