Rebellion 工作室在今天推出了《狙击精英4》的 次世代版免费升级，次世代升级后游戏最高支持 4K 分辨率，有更快的读取时间和顺滑的 60 帧。
本作在 2019 年 8 月曾经为 PS+ 会员免费游戏。Rebellion 表示通过 PS+ 会员获得本作的玩家同样能够免费升级。
