今天（7月23日）中午12时30分，河南省新乡市启用卫辉市柳围坡滞洪区进行泄洪。
尽管河南省会郑州市的雨势逐渐减小，但河南省北部的新乡等地再遭极端暴雨侵袭，城市内涝严重。据中央气象台消息，7月21日21时-22日20时，河南新乡辉县降水量达到343.6 mm，为全国第一。
