7月21日上午，山东总队泰安支队抵达开封高速服务区时，一名群众向救援队求助。有6名群众因道路不通，已被困在开封服务区一夜。泰安支队立即帮助被困群众，协助其搭乘救援队车辆。目前被困群众正送至安全地带。
