日前，郑州自然资源和规划局联合郑州市房管局、城建局出台了《关于闲置商业办公用房、工业厂房等非住宅改建租赁住房工作指导意见》的通知。在《指导意见》出台之后，郑州市内具有一定规模的闲置商业办公用房、工业厂房等非住宅存量房屋，在符合一定条件并经过审核批准后，可改建租赁住房。
