美国购物中心运营开发商Phillips Edison & Company（股票代码为：“PECO”）昨日在美国纳斯达克上市，发行价为28美元，此次募资超过3亿美元。
Phillips Edison创立于1991年，总部位于美国俄亥俄州Cincinnati，是一家专注于包括杂货店的购物中心的房地产投资信托基金（REIT）公司。Phillips Edison拥有美国300 家购物中心的股权。
截至目前，Phillips Edison股价为27.95美元，市值为31亿美元。
