当前青柚当季，正是制作雕花蜜饯的好时机。 7月13日，靖州苗族侗族自治县渠阳镇夏乡村，非遗传承人罗先梅在传承雕蜜饯技艺。靖州雕花蜜饯源于唐末五代时期，是美食文化与民族文化完美结合的“舌尖上的艺术品”。2021年6月，靖州雕花蜜饯技艺入选第五批国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。（刘杰华 摄）
