7月8日，有二道区居民咨询关于5月25日规自局调整了两处地块的规划，在新开大街与东荣大路新增的两块教育用地是否会建学校。得到官方回复是地块目前正履行规划手续，待地块规划、土地手续完成后，将启动学校建设。两处地块位于东荣大路以北、新开大街以东和以西，占地面积分别是2.3万平和2万平米，为居住用地和商业用地调整为中小学用地。
