近日，河北怀来县林业和草原局工作人员在下乡途中发现一只受伤的黑鹳，经初步检查确定其无明显断翅、断腿等外伤，应该是在迁徙过程中脱群导致营养不良。由于当地救助条件有限，便将其转运至延庆自然保护地管理处救治。黑鹳是我国一级重点保护野生动物，被称为“鸟中大熊猫”。
