智通财经APP讯，鲁西化工(000830.SZ)发布公告，鲁西集团于2015年11月18日将持有公司的1.96亿股份质押给中国农发重点建设基金有限公司用于融资担保，该笔质押已于2015年11月18日通过中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司办理了股权质押登记手续。2021年7月1日，上述质押的股份已解除质押。
